The policy of CSS from its foundation until today is to build and manage a team of professionals with long-term experience in marine transport and cargo-processing.
We invest in the constant development of the skills of our employees bearing in mind that their abilities, knowledge and thinking are the basic capital of the Company. Personnel have graduated from different forms of training – inside and outside the Company. This is giving us the possibility to be very flexible and mobile – easily forming teams of adequate skills for performing specific jobs.
