Company history In the beginning of the nineties of the 20th century Bulgaria adopted the new requirements for implementation and observation of the international standards ASTM and ISO for the quantification of liquid products. Application of these has set a new type of requirements for the work of the inspection companies. With the intention to conquer this challenge we appeared on the Inspection Services Market bearing a new, competent, impartial and engaged with client’s problems thinking and professional behavior. In May 1994 Independent Inspectors CSS Ltd. was founded, later known as Independent Inspectors CSS Bulgaria Ltd. or shortly – CSS Bulgaria. The founders of the company are active surveyors of rich professional experience in inspection and control, seamanship and marine technical sciences. In the years that followed we grew up, piled rich professional experience and with the serious base training of our employees we could now offer and successfully carry out specialized and highly qualified services for our clients. Trust Loyalty and adherence to principles have made us a partner preferred by a lot of Bulgarian and foreign companies and State institutions. We are constantly investing in the development of our company and its employees but investing also in the core of the company – building an attitude of trust and dependability in our clients. We do our job professionally and in absolute confidentiality and responsibility, well aware of the fact that trust is difficult to reach but easy to lose Geographical coverage As Independent Inspectors for cargoes we work in all Bulgarian Black Sea and Danube ports and all Petrol-depots in the country.
